F one 2011 airlite kite bar

2011 F.ONE Air lite bar, is an unibody aluminium piece.

to Designe a new bar was a new challenge: all bars are just the same since the appearance of the 4 lines: central tip with hole for passing the depower line, two tubes and end caps. The failure of this technique is that must be assembled by pasting these five parts. The idea of the one-piece bar in one piece: central hole, tubes and caps seemed obvious, but how to do? 

To achieve a single piece with filled tubes make it too heavy, and molding a piece with hollow tubes without output is impossible. The idea of the IPN form and monobloc aluminium bar was born. 

AAA design one-piece helical worm prevents the collages and increases the resistance of the structure. for an Equal weight, the new bar is more robust. 

 Dressing, tips are moulded polymer and the rest of the structure in EVA grip with double thickness on top for the comfort of the fingers and hands. "Holes" in the aluminium structure is not filled to gain weight. 

 Chicken loop: 

We are faithful to our UPS with velcro quick release system because our marine environment cant't prevent against a "grain of sand". But regularly we have improvements to make it more secure. 

We propose a new handle that replaces the Red strap loop we had. 

A single attachment point pear shaped to draw directly on the high side of the velcro which facilitates the dump. 

dePower: 

Our clam cleat cleat allows easy adjustment of your front lines. We have equipped it with a new handle. 

The 5th line is more behind the stop in the small bridge to facilitate its slide. 

The stop is covered with a neoprene cover to avoid that the 5th line caught inside.
